Harlan County Arrest Records

The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:
• David Gosnell, 45, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on May 10. He was charged with a weekender court order;
• Tara Cox, 34, of Loyall, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 11. She was charged with failure to appear and non-payment of fines;
• Jared Dixon, 38, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 11. He was charged with third-degree terroristic threatening and menacing;
• Keith Baldwin, 41, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 11. He was charged with operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to appear, menacing, all-terrain vehicles violations and contempt of court;
• Robert Witt, 26, of Harlan, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 13. He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing;
• Franklin Parker, 39, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts Police Department officers on May 13. He was charged with parole violation;
• Christopher Asher, 44, of Pineville, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 13. He was charged with non-payment of fines;
• Angela Collett, 30, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 13. She was charged with failure to appear and two counts of a probation violation;
• Bobby Watts, 42, of Cumberland was arrested on May 14 by Cumberland Police Department officers. He was charged with two counts of failure to appear;
• Tabitha Smith, 33, of Harlan, was arrested on May 14. She was charged with a drug court sanction;
• Thomas Riddle, 33, of Evarts, was arrested on May 14. He was charged with contempt of court;
• Stephanie Crow, 39, of Cumberland was arrested on May 14 by Cumberland Police Department officers. She was charged with two counts of failure to appear;
• Tabitha Caudill, 42, of Cumberland, was arrested on May 14 by Cumberland Police Department officers. She was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place;
• Floyd Gregory, 26, of Kenvir, was arrested by Kentucky Fish & Wildlife officers on May 15. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, trafficking in marijuana (less that 8 ounces) and possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Katilynn Helton, 22, of Evarts, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 15. She was charged with failure to appear;
• Joshua Curry, 28, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police officers on May 15. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs;
• Linda Miracle, 49, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 15. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs;
• Hope Bray, 30, of Putney, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 15. She was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting (under $500);
• Rhonda Howard, 49, of Helton, was arrested by Harlan City Police Department officers on May 15. She was charged with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting (under $500);
• Terry Siler, 33, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 15. He was charged with three bench warrants for court;
• Teresa Wells, 35, of Cawood, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 17. She was charged with public intoxication of controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
