Harlan man arrested for robbery

A Harlan man was served with a warrant for arrest after receiving multiple charges, including first-degree robbery.
Jason Sullivan, 35, of Harlan, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 3.
Sullivan was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot), first-degree wanton endangerment (police officer), second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, menacing, failure to give right of way to emergency stopped vehicle, operation of motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, giving an officer false identifying information, license to be in possession, no operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration receipt and third-degree criminal mischief.
Sullivan was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $7,500 full-cash bond.

He was charged with absconding drug court, second-degree fleeing/evading police (on foot), resisting arrest and contempt of court. • Paul Muncy, 32, of Guston, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 25. He was charged with flagrant non-support and was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with a $2,500 full-cash bond;
• Marlana Lewis, 25, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 25. She was charged with flagrant non-support and was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with a $150 full-cash bond;
• Paula Jenkins, 45, of Cumberland, was arrested by Cumberland Police Department officers on May 26. She was charged with first-degree trafficking controlled substance (methamphetamine) and failure to appear. She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with two full-cash bonds of $3,500 each;
• Jack Coots, 42, of Cumberland, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on May 28. He was charged with growing marijuana (five plants or more). He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $1,000 full-cash bond;
• Hillary Smallwood, 43, of Wallins, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on May 31. He was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of motor vehicle registration plate, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and non-payment of fines. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a full-cash bond of $3,500, a pay-or-stay bond of $708 and a bond of $5,000 with 10 percent bail credit;
• Kathy Rice, 35, of Evarts, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 3. She was charged with four counts probation violation (for felony offense). She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $3,500 full-cash bond;
• Tabitha Middleton, 32, of Corbin, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 5. She was charged as a persistent felony offender I with second-degree assault. She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $3,500 full-cash bond with bail credit;
• Daniella Valentine, 42, of Radcliff, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 5. She was charged as a state inmate with first-degree assault. She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set;
• Vanity Willoughby, 33, of Burlington, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 5. She was charged as a state inmate with theft by unlawful taking (contents from vehicle; $500 or more but under $10,000). She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set;
• Alexandria Garate, 23, of Radcliff, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 5. She was charged as a state inmate with theft by unlawful taking from a building ($10,000 or more but under $1,000,000). She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set;
• Michelle Nelson, 40, of Louisville, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 5. She was charged with a probation violation for a felony offense and was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set;
• Shannon Sharp, 38, of Campbellsville, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 5. She was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and six counts failure to appear. She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on full-cash bonds totaling $1,440;
• Tiffany Snedicor, 34, of Dayton, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 5. She was charged as a state inmate with a parole violation for a felony offense. She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center with no bond set;
• Devin Keefer, 32, of Totz, was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 6. He was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a full-cash bond of $3,500;
• Brian Owens, 35, of Baxter, was arrested by Kentucky State Police troopers on June 6. He was charged with second-degree burglary and was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a full-cash bond of $5,000;
• Glenda Polly, 40, of Whitesburg, was arrested by Harlan County Detention Center officials on June 7. She was charged with theft by unlawful taking (auto; $500 or more but under $10,000). She was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $2,500 full-cash bond;
