Jones leads Trojanettes past Wallins

Kylie Jones scored 11 points to lead James A. Cawood past visiting Wallins 37-25 in seventh- and eighth-grade basketball action Tuesday.

Faith Caldwell led the Lady Devils with 13 points.

Kaylissa Daniels stole a pass and scored with one second left to send James A. Cawood to a 27-26 win in the fifth- and sixth-grade game.

Jaiden Marlow scored 13 points to lead the Trojanettes.

Whitney Noe paced Wallins with 12 points.

Kylie Noe scored 12 points and Ashley Preston added nine as Evarts defeated Rosspoint 32-22 on Tuesday in seventh- and eighth-grade basketball.

Rosspoint rolled to a 32-9 win in fifth- and sixth-grade action as Lindsey Skidmore scored nine to lead the winners.

Macy Jones paced Evarts with six points.

The two teams played to a 10-10 tie in the fourth-grade game.
