<p>Emily Perkins | Harlan Enterprise</p> <p>Moonbow Tipple Coffee & Sweets executed their first soft opening in downtown Harlan on Monday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. to meet and welcome new customers to the Buttermore Building on 119 S. Main Street, which is now home to Geoff and Sky Marietta’s small-town coffee shop. The cafe features a variety of caffeinated and decaffeinated beverages and a number of sweets.</p> <p>The Mariettas also partnered with Taco Holler to supply some delicious carb-friendly muffins. A ribbon cutting ceremony, courtesy of the Harlan County Chamber of Commerce, will take place in the coming weeks to officially welcome the shop into downtown.</p>
