Mr. and Mrs. Todd Abraham, of Harlan, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Abbey Brooke Abraham, to Glen Travis Fields, son of Fredia Fields, of Cawood, and the late Glen Fields. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob and Sandy Asher and the late Ben and Joyce Abraham. She is a 2011 graduate of Harlan High School and attended the University of Kentucky and Emory & Henry College. She is presently completing her graduate internship at Harlan ARH and Shriners Hospital in Lexington. The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Hershel and Connie Fields and the late Burley Napier Sr. and Zona Napier. He is a 2011 graduate of Harlan County High School and attended the University of Kentucky. He is presently employed by Toyota. The wedding will take place at 5 p.m. on Aug. 11 at the Harlan Center.
